Hatha, Yin, Vinyasa and Ashtanga Vinyasa

In my teaching I put special emphasis on these areas of practice:

 

Breathing

Correct breathing is key in developing both stability and mobility. Your breath is the most powerful companion in your yoga practice, it enhances quality of your movement and prevents injuries. 

Heart Opening

Opening your heart will bring you love and energy and make your body and mind ready for new experiences.

 

Stretching & Strength Development

Stretching creates space for strength building. These two then build foundations for further progress on your yogic path.

Inner Growth 

In yoga, mental growth is equally important to physical strength. Practising yoga develops inner balance and helps us find what feels good in our lives.
